ADDITIONAL FEES

An amount will be added to packages purchased for salon to cover applicable service tax due upon redemption.

For any Red Door resort location, an 18% or 20% service and gratuity fee will be applied to the package price, depending on the resort.

REDEMPTION POLICY

Elizabeth Arden Spas, LLC is not responsible for lost certificates. Gift certificates are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Gift certificates will be honored at any of our Red Door locations, Print-A-Gift certificates will be honored at the Red Door locations specified on the certificate. Services and prices may vary by market. If a gift certificate is presented for redemption to a location other than the location for which it was generated, the gift certificate will be converted to its original dollar value for use toward the purchase of individual services or comparable spa packages.

EXPIRATION POLICY

The gift certificate will expire on December 31 of the year following the year in which it was purchased or on the earliest date permitted under applicable state law, whichever occurs later.
